Takuro Iwanaga

As the Regional Director of eCommerce, Japan Korea & Micronesia region, he is responsible for driving all eCommerce and digital initiatives for the hotels within the region, as well as supporting outbound travel from Japan to the rest of the world. His primary objective is to achieve the region’s revenue budget, primarily through driving rooms revenue through Web Direct channels, but is also responsible for managing OTA and other partner relationship, and driving other business such as dining and weddings through online channels. Prior to Hilton, he worked in various industries all in ecommerce related roles, most recently at Lenovo Japan.
