Hakuhiko joined ANA in 1993 after graduating from Waseda University in Japan. He started working at ANA Tokyo office as a sales planning officer and subsequently took postings at Haneda Airport and also in Shenyang, China.
In October 2016, Hakuhiko moved to the present position. He is in charge of the sales strategy for inbound passengers to Japan and also the airline’s distribution strategy worldwide.
